There are no instructions from GM that state to "drill out" the holes. Elongating the upper slot has been done by enthusiasts since the Gen5 Camaro. Without elongating the slots, you can get to -2.0*. Since all performance variant Camaros except the ZLE are spec'd with track camber of -2.0*, there is no need to elongate. The ZLE uses camber plates to get to the GM track spec of -2.7*, though more is possible.

Huh, thanks, that's a good advice just in time. This is supposed to be a shop specializing in racing suspensions, but I guess needs more verification too :-(
