For my wife, the bigger the vehicle the better. I have a Dodge 2500 Cummins and she loves driving that. She has our SUV and is happy as a clam with it.
I'm old enough and been married long enough to know when it comes to women that size does matter. So I guess that I didn't surprise me to much that she didn't like the Si. She had called it a "Tin Can" at one time

Unlike my Si we did shop around for the Camaro for about 3 months so I knew when we got it that she already loved it.

On another note when I talked to her at work she told me that she took it by our insurance company. I guess that our rate dropped from the Si. I was almost certain that it would have gone up. 201hp to 400hp

Correct, the manual transmission was never the issue. When we met years ago she owned a Toyota SR5 pickup with a manual.

Congrats on the new ride!!!

My boyfriend wants to drive mine and thinks we should change vehicles during the week....never going to happen, but he does at least ask, over and over again . I do let him drive on the weekends though.....sometimes. (and yes, some of us ladies can drive a manual)

lol same here, my girl wouldn't dare drive it. Sometimes she'll come with me to run errands and she'll stay in the car while I run in and I tell her ''if the parking guy comes then move the car'' she always tells me '' I'd rather take the ticket then me potentially damaging the car by moving it ''

My wife can handle a stick with no problems (pun intended).

So I traded my 2012 Honda Civic Si in on a 2013 2SS just this last Saturday. With having the Honda for just over a year my wife only drove it one time.

So I'm off today and I go out into our garage this morning after she left for work and my car is gone

I can't be pissed about this I guess She was honest with me and said after we left the dealership with the new Camaro that she absolutely hated my Si.
She said that it reminded her of a teenagers car and that it didn't fit me.

I just hope this is not going to be a reoccurring event because I really don't like driving her car a whole lot..

This has happened to me too... but I dont mind driving the Tundra, its no slouch either.

Ouch, and it was your day off!!!!

I woulda had to go and get it and leave hers....

My wife has ZERO desire to drive mine. Will drive it in the grocery store lot to pull up to pick up the groceries and that is all she has ever driven it.
