See the USA in your Chevrolet
America is asking you to call
Drive your Chevrolet through the USA
America's the greatest land of all

On a highway, or a road along the levee
Performance is sweeter
Nothing can beat her
Life is completer in a Chevy

So make a date today to see the USA
And see it in your Chevrolet

(Travelin' east, Travelin' west)
(Wherever you go Chevy service is best)
(Southward or north, near place or far)
(There's a Chevrolet dealer for your Chevrolet car)

So make a date today to see the USA
And see it in your Chevrolet

That should have played during the Superbowl!!

Chevrolet is looking for a tagline that can be used worldwide...because we sell Chevrolets worldwide.
That is cool!

YES! And I remember as a kid watching the TV shows for the car commercials. Like Bonanza and Dinah Shore. "Chevy runs deep" always brings to mind the video of the guy that found the '65 Yellow Impala SS that his dad gave up years before. If you've not seen it, check it out on YouTube. It's great!

These both might be okay for the average buyer. I understand that a lot of work goes into deciding on campaigns and slogans with advertising. Some of it is an attempt to get past the words into the emotions of the customer.

Of course, some buyers are less responsive to that sort of thing. I don't think Corvette or Camaro buyers are of the same breed as your average Equinox driver. I think GM needs to provide unique advertising campaigns that deviate from the brand's overall message for those kinds of products. Note that Ford trucks are "built Ford tough," but they say "Go Further" for the Taurus.
