It's time to move on. You can't retro a camaro over and over again. It gets stale. It has similarities to the 70-73 Camaro. The 70 to the 67-69 are quite different. They are making a camaro body style with the times. I think it doesn't look too bad. Though I'm not fond of the rear....

Not surprised. I think since the release I've only seen 1 6th gen on the road. No wait, wait...it was 2.

Sorry, there's nothing similar to the 1970-73. It's simply an evolution from the 5th generation.

I love driving a car model that is rarely visible in my area. Part of the fun of early adopting for me. I'm weird like that.

Really? The large grille? The bottom of the front facia? Ugh yea it's similar. What are you expecting? To retro a 70? They took 2nd gen and 5th gen look and combined em to form a newer modified look.

No seriously, 2 years ago i was the only one in my neighborhood with a camaro though they've been out 3 years earlier. Now i can count what like 4 others! Well good thing I got the mod bug and they dont!

Stopped by dealer today to see gen6. The rear 1/4 panel seemed a little awkward with out the gill vents, but the lines were not that bad. The rear spoiler seemed very generic. The most noticible difference is the headroom, being six one my head felt far too close to the roof. The cabin is also noticibly close. The tech ugrade upgrade is nice. Camaro SS at 60,000 Canadian plus 10,000 in tax, made me wander over to look at the Vette

I attempted & was unable to find similar styling ques. If the large lower grille of the 2016 makes it similar to the 1970 1/2, then the 2016 Lexus RCF is even more similar to it.

Probably related to pricing, and the fact that the 4 cylinder turbo plus verts have yet to come out. I don't understand the hate on the 6th gen, it is a better car all around. Doesn't make the 5th gen a bad car, but it is better in every department.

I don't like interior ambient lighting, silver trims along the door panels. It would be nice if they offered the Bose audio system as an option. But, overall, I would take a 1ss with stock wheels, add npp, maybe sunroof, suede knee pads, black bowties, front body colored splitter. As well as the new intake with tune. That comes to about around low 40's. Which is worth it in my opinion. You get a low 12 second car. That performs well in every category.
