You must be rich to be able to think it's okay for a place to have your car that long with that many excuses and curb rash from them driving it and abusing it constantly. They must think you're the world's biggest sucker. I would have been freaking out if it took a shop longer than a week or so to get this done. Get your car out now. This is crazy.
