Is it true Camaro LT has been reassessed to have 350HP
Spoke to a lady at work, she has a Camaro LT. Has aftermarket cold air intake, flowmasters, and said she didnt know it but found out it has a chip. Made fun of my stock SS. Said LT been reassessed to have 350 stock and she's pushing about as much HP as mine. Is this true?

She probably thinks the CAI adds 20HP and the exhaust 15 to get to 314+20+15=349
But of course there's no way she's getting 35HP from intake an exhaust. |

No. Your car will still whip her's. Those mods don't add 126 HP.

Do you know that yours has 426 HP stock? Still got her beat by a bunch....

stock LLT is 312hp
stock LFX is 323hp stock L99 is 400hp stock LS3 is 426hp

 recalculated to 312 for '10 and '11 323 for '12 from factory at the crank. CAI gets you 10=15 as will exhaust but together will be 20 or so. yours is much higher at the crank 400-426.

I was trying to be nice, but cmon. But what if she does have a chip, will it be that fast?
When we left the lot she gunned it and so did I. I had so much power that it was moving but I could feel the tires sliding under me, but didnt want to hit her car. |
