I dont have that one in particular, but it looks like the stock ZL1 or the special edition splitters(like mine). It changes the look of the front end of your car for the better. If mine didnt come with it, it would have been my first mod.

Any splitter is better than no splitter IMO. I like an aggressive look. I have seen this style before. Its the perfect amount of style. not too bold or out there. Looks factory!

Looks good to me but does it come with installation hardware? If not, then where do you but the hardware at?

Just put it on last week. It does come with mounting hardware. You have to purchase the two sided tape though. Wasn't hard. You do need to remove the plastic screws holding on the air dam on the bottom to mount it. I put on weather stripping to make it look better as you can see in the last picture. It didn't quite fit up against the sides and you can see where the two sided tape is showing.
It did come with a hole in it the size of a head of a screw. I just filled and painted it flat black myself. It's withstood 85mph on the highway so it's good but just for looks.

I'm starting to have problems with it staying on now. Where I put the two sided tape on it's pulling away from the body. This will be the second time I've worked on it in a week. I may have to put more body filler on sections that you put the tape on to bring it closer to the body.
It's only happening on the drivers side.

I put 10 bolts in when I mounted mine. Replaced the nuts they sent me with nylock nuts and added a washer on the top and bottom. It has been really solid. Might want to consider adding a few more bolts and not rely on the double faced tape. Good luck on your fix.

Hey Shawno72, when you say factory GM splitter, is that the ZL1 one? Or is there another? Do you know the part number of the one you ordered?
