well, it looks like icbc is placing 100 percent of fault on the other guy, im going to be calling weaton chev to set up an appt for the body work, top replacement and oilchange ect.... (her first one, is it bad that it has three claims and no oil change?) hopefully all this gets fixed soon. ill take pics and keep yoiu guys posted.

Update, so brought it to get fixed, to days later i get her back, gt home and look it over and my god am i ever pissed, thee obviously dust under the pain, the body lines are all messed up, they destroyed the drivers door sill, and chipped the rocker panel when reinstalling it, i brought it back as soon as i could, lucky for me the head boss guy was there when the representative was looking it over and taking pictures, he looked more pi$$ed than me, all he said to the tech was "dont take pictures of it, fix it for christs sakes" soooo... itll be in the shop again in a week.
