If the car sits over night the brakes will squeal the first couple times you use them. It's nothing to worry about. If the car sits for days the rotors will get a light layer of rust on them and it might take longer for the squeal to go away. If you are that concerned about it do a couple hard stops after you leave the garage.Your type of driving the OEM pads should last 60-80k miles if not longer.

Mine does it first stop in the morning . Then it goes away. Figured it was normal.

For a car that sits a while, rust will build up and might not get cleared with just driving. Usually worse on the back side of the rotor since the shield is so close moisture tends to hang out. Take the rotor off and have someone machine it smooth again. If it hasn't altered the flatness of the pads you can just sand them a little and put it back on.

I looked at mine yesterday. I depends on where the spokes on the wheel is if I can see metal wear finger. It looked like about 3\16" gap. I'm at 38 k miles.

my 1LE brakes will start to squeal if i pfoot around. a couple hard 140-60 and it's fine.
