next mod question

2011 l99: headers, exhaust, cai, ls3 conv, jre rough idle cam and jre tune with 20 in radials. Long term goal is big fuel upgrade and a v7 ysi but I'm not rdy for that yet , is there a noticeable mod I can do now that would help overall power and or throttle response (That will still be compatible with the future boosted application) ??

Thanks!

Is your car stalled most efficiently for your cam / blower plans?

17-18" wheel and radial setup

3.45 / 3.70 gears

Cutouts

Vitesse throttle controller is very noticeable for throttle response and is only $180. 3.73 gears will work with your future mods as well. Ported heads will get you 20rwhp with the cam, but once you add the FI, you'll see double that increase.

I'm actually very happy with the final drive it seems to do well in roll racing (not so much for an awesome 60ft) cutouts seem pointless, a stall is probably a very good idea. Where would I begin with weight reduction?

Everyone will say something different, but I've seen a lot of guys getting basically the same gains out of porting the stockers.

Cut outs or exhaust diverters would be my vote. If I understand correctly, that could help out in a boosted application. Even if it didn't, I would want to hear the cam in all its glory occasionally! Haha.
