High flow cats will quite it down some. If that's still not enough, change the mufflers.

If you have NPP you could try a controller and keep the valves closed until you want them open. I'm concerned about this issue too since I've got a convertible on order.

Go to a muffler shop and get magnaflows welded on. It will be much quieter for about $250.

I would add a resonator instead of hf cats, they aren't going to change the sound much.

I just installed some yesterday. I have Flowmaster AT Catback w/ X pipe and no cats. I expected it to be much louder. Its still loud but it sounds good. If you want it quieter I'd put hi flow cats on it.

Magnaflow resonated X (about $100 )
I had LT headers , no cats and stock cat back was loud and rude sounding . Add Maganflow res x in place of stock "H" pipe made it darn near as quite as stock everything .
Now just running LTs -no cats -Maganflow res x- muffler delete and its just about right.
