It's indefensible and makes real professionals look bad. Its already difficult enough keeping customers happy.

I have given them plenty of chances to make it right and they never did. Plus I've had a lot better luck with my ford and ram than I ever had with any gm product I've ever owned. Trust me I was once loyal to only one brand (GM) and kept going back to them but it was the 8-10 plus years of bad service to make me try something different. To each their own lol.

Definitely go where you're comfortable. No one can blame anyone for doing that. I'm on my third Nissan Titan because of how great my experience has been with them.

Other them my Camaro i have zero chev products. Ive owned a few and had typical problems....wheel bearing come to mind. The paint on my old 2012 civic was better then the paint on my Camaro....at 1/2 the price i might add. Im not brand loyal....well maybe Nissan and Honda.
