Phastek performance

I ordered my grill from them it took longer then expected I had to call three times they gave me the run around but I got it finally so I let it be.

Second time I give them the try they have good things plus good prices but once again I have a issue one of two parts came now I would be okay if when I ordered it it said back order but it didn't plus they get you on that free shipping so watch out its only free shipping if it is over a 100 bucks I was already at 96 it's ridiculous.

I will not use them again unless they have something at a great price and I can't find it I will just know I will have to wait awhile

What do you mean by 'The Runaround'?

The 96.00 being 4 dollars short of free shipping is just the way it is. It's designed to get you to order another item if needs be. A win win sometimes.

I guess you'll need to be more specific so we know what you mean exactly. How long is too long to you?

Don't want to flame a company if there isn't just cause.

Phastek Performance, Lets go from here first . anybody can have a problam with a company I have received wrong items from companiesand some of them give you a hard time, question in mind. I have over $8,000 in parts from Phastek. Have had to send parts back but have never had to pay for it. I talk directly with Jason when i order.I just received wrong item called them returned item no charge. Returned parts because I didn't like them no problem. this man in my opinion knows his parts. If he doesn't have part he will search part for me. He always returns my calls,and credits my account correctly. I will keep doing business with him.

Well I've posted problems with them on other threads. I will never do business with them even if the items are free. Took 30 days just to get a spoiler. Last friday I orderd my new suspension from ca and got it in four days. Of course I used a different company.

use nothing but Phastek no issues and superior customer service.
No one lays a hand on my car but them so far.

They have taken care of me on 2 different items that had issues no questions asked brought the car in and it was fixed no arguments and fantastic fast service.
these guys care about my car as much as I do.

They did my CAI and Skip shift yesterday over lunch. had me in and out in less than 40 mins.
