Crank case ventillation

Im getting lots of oil on my catch can

not sure if its set up right or what


anyone know whats a good catch can for 14 lbs of boost?

Here is the difference between a standard run of the mill catch can and the RX version. The RX system is a true oil catch/separation can.
Some cans are even more basic than this red one.

Just a heads up, using the yellow for RX in your sig makes it really hard to read.

Get a leak down test done and make sure you don't have cracked ring land, pinched rings or cracked piston.

I had same symptom... and that was my issue.

Anything over 10-12# the Monster can is the ticket, but the pinched ringland/broken ring is a real possibility if the tune was lean at all, had to much timing with the knock sensors desensetized or totally rendered useless (this we see FAR to often by some well known tuners!!). It only takes a few seconds of detonation under boost to soften that to ringlad or start to burn through the edge of a piston.

Monster cans are app 4-5 days out right now and standard cans app 2 weeks plus yet (cnc shop was closed from before Christmas to just opened back up today).
