TCS/Stabilitrak ?

Ok, so while I am driving down the highway around 60 and go to pass someone as in WOT my TCS/ Stabilitrak light comes on. What would cause this?

I guess that could be a possibility. I have been driving a Jeep with 37s so not use to having so much get up and go.

Your car is telling you that you did something to activate one or both systems. Assuming you are passing on a two lane road (otherwise I don't know why you'd pass so aggressively), the sideways motion of pulling out to swerve around the victim at WOT is probably enough to make you tires slip a little. The slippage while moving "sideways" quickly would be enough to activate. Thankfully, you car is smart enough to adjust for your action. Please drive safely.

one of your tires was starting to spin. used to do that from time to time with mine when I would downshift to pass someone.

The problem was I was stuck behind some moron doing 53 in a 65 so when I went to pass he decided he would take off leaving me hanging out in the oncoming traffic so that is when I accelerated to pass Mr Moron.

What was the temperature? Summer tires and cold weather means more wheel spin...

That's too cold if you're running stock tires IMO.
