What part of the HP equation did you not see the F150 with its premium engine only puts down 360/380. The Microsoft Technology they are using is dated and has not been updated. The only thing The King Rancher has going for it is marketing

That sir is incorrect.

those would be the ratings for the base 5.0 V-8. The "premium" engines would be the eco-boost and the 6.2L

Eco Boost is 365 HP and 420 Tq
6.2 is 411 hp and 434 tq

The only thing I don't like is the wheels don't look too different from past versions on my mind. So this est. power at 420 and 450tq could actually mean 425-430 hp and 455-460tq well all said and done?

I doubt more horse power will be enough to over take the f150. It has been and will be a super nice truck and people have become loyal to that truck. Now that doesn't mean there ford only people they just know it will be a quality truck with a provin track ready and that's hard to beat or deny.

Oh that is a beautiful truck. Always had a soft spot for almost anything with a Denali badge and this does not disappoint lol. And even better to see the power that it could be making. Can't wait to see official numbers

I wonder why not since it would offer more power if they offer for the trucks.

Yeah my guess was based on the power increase of the 4.3 and 5.3 but apparently the vette won't be lucky enough to get a e85 tune.

So is the e85 tune angled more towards the trucks for better torque to allow it to tow better? Are the tow ratings based on the gas tune or the e85 tune?

Tow ratings are gas I'm pretty sure.

Because its more expensive to make a flex fuel engine & there isn't much demand for it from Corvette buyers.

So as I was reading more I saw that the 6.2 will only be avail. on the Slt trim models only? Does that mean one could order a reg cab Slt with 6.2 in it? Please say its so.
