Question after some mileage on your Camaro , any squeaks or rattles ?

Yesterday I got my 3rd Gen Trans Am out for a drive and love to drive it but the squeaks and rattles drive me crazy so my question is how are these cars holding up with that kind of stuff , I plan on ordering a 2014 but i don't want a rattle box after 2 years or so ?

Just search for rattle or vibration or noise. There is lots of info present on this forum.

I have a 2012 LS and I have had rattling from what others say is coming from the 'drive shaft' area. Apparently GM was going to be coming up with a solution 2 years ago but nothing happened (?). Noise is less frequent now, but annoying as hell when I hear it. Having said that, I love my C5.

Good luck on your research.

Two years, 24,000 miles, had the dashboard removed for a heater core replacement a few months ago, no rattles, no squeaks.

78,000 miles on a modded SS and no squeaks or rattles and I have much firmer suspension than stock!

Speedo trim rattles, air conditioning trim rattles, rattle in passenger side dash, windows squeak. It seams similar to the third gen, its got cold creaks. When it warms up these things tend to lessen.
