In theory you are suppose to use a crows foot and there's a calculation based on the size of the crow foot offset.

I was going to check mine, but I will probably order the BMR endlinks later this year.

You don't have to make any correction if you put the crow's foot at 90 degrees to the handle of the torque wrench.

I used loctite red on it and with some aggressive driving nothing has yet to come loose. I've removed nuts and bolts with the red loctite, it was tough but not impossible

You will need a torch to remove and it will make the end link unusable.

The upper gets no locktite and the lower is super locktited?
Never had a problem removing a nut that had any color of locktite on it.

Yes, exactly. 90 degrees and you don't need any math.

The replace nuts look pretty good with a nylon locking insert and have a floating washer allowing movement without loosening the nut. Still going to use some blue loctite. Much cheaper to buy online than at the dealer GM PN 11548382

Question. I had the new end link nuts installed. I still have an intermittent light clunk that I feel through the steering wheel when going slowly over bumps. For you guys that had the sway bar clunk issue, did you feel it through the steering wheel, or might I have another issue?
Thanks

The reason is that unless I am mistaken, the different models (1LE, SS, ZL1) may use some different parts originally. I don't know if this bulletin applies ONLY to the 1LE or if it also covers others and the fix is that they all get the same parts? Sorry if this is off-topic.
hope it helps
