When i first got mine i got about 17 mpg city and 27 mpg highway, now i have 26000 miles andi usually get around 18 mpg city and 30-32 mpg on the highway. I never go by the estimated range, because if you drive 100 miles on the highway then start driving in the city it is nowhere to being accurate. I go by fuel level. I fill up between 1/4 and 1/8 tank.

Haven't had my 1LT very long, but I average about 24 mpg in typically combo driving (20% city/80% highway). One thing is for sure... if you sit in traffic or at lights alot, your mpgs will suck. Look on your DIC at the average mph - I'll bet it's really low from all that idling and creeping along in heavy traffic.

I just got back from a 2750 mile road trip in 6 days. I averaged 29 mpg both as measured by the DIC and calculated the old fashoned way. Around town with all short trips and the engine oil rarely getting up to operating temp 200 degrees, I get about 15 mpg. Your miles per tank is almost totally dependent on how much of your driving is done with engine oil less less than 200 degrees. If you don't have the gauge cluster this is hard to observe. On my trip the DIC would often indicate a range of 500 miles or more just after a fill up. I guess the range is calculated by the DIC based on the previous driving .

I had an average of 13 MPG with 100 percent city driving/ a lot of time at lights and with ac on while idle cleaning inside of car
Took a 300 mile trip and averaged 31 mpg even though I rarely got it into 6th gear |

Just drove from Johnson City TN to Four Oaks NC through mountain roads and interstate and averaged 30.6 mpg over 276 miles. Still showing just under1/2 tank of gas and a range of 246 miles ( I feel from experience that I can actually go another 180 miles before filling up with between 1/4 and 1/8 tank remaining )

FYI:
The OP is asking for range, not mpg. |

With so many variables that affect range the only valid way is by using MPG X gallons in the tank. And depending on how comfortable on how low you run the tank down would also affect how many miles per tank you get. Best for the OP to calculate by using the gallons he usually has to fill up times peoples reported mpg to come up with how many miles per tank he could expect.
