This is the first time I've looked at any pic/render of the 2016 and thought the styling was up to speed with the current gen. Very nice. I hope it's accurate to the real thing!

If we could figure out what the actual tail lights are going to look like I think you may be really close.

Tail lights could be a big deal. I liked the 5th gen when it came out. But, to me, the refresh made the car 10x sleeker. It was like a whole new car, cosmetically. I hope they keep with smaller, sharper lights. Im not digging on the, as someone put it, "angry Buick eyebrows"(or something like that!lol)

chazcron, your render is outstanding. Great work.

So great that I am only hoping, somehow you are way off. There is just something not right about that car.

Maybe the interior and powertrain and overall specs make for a great package. But there is just something not right and may be simply it isn't quite the dramatic change I was personally hoping for.

You have pulled every cut line and feature into your renders, so I think short of the details you just can't tell yet (lights for example) you are 95% of the way there.

Thanks for sharing your work!

Thanks. I strive for accuracy. So far, no PMs from anyone claiming insider info. OTOH, with the mustang, an insider said they don't pick the final headlight design til late in the process.

Based on the spy shots, and your renderings, it looks like the trunk opening is going to be worthless.

I'd say that is to be expected with the smaller chassis and the new design pulling in similar overall features from the 5th gen. For a performance vehicle, there are always trade-offs. I'm sure the opening will be appropriate to pass through small to medium luggage items.

If the 6th gen trunk is smaller I'm buying a mustang.

What the hell are you guys trying to shove in your trunk that won't fit through the opening?
