Through searching I cannot find a definitive list of what makes up the RS package. I think the 2013 SS I just bought is an RS but don't know for sure maybe someone can help shed some light for me. It has color match roof ditch and antenna, red SS badges front and back and halo DRL. Is there anything else that makes up the RS? Does running a VIN tell for sure or maybe on the tag in the trunk?

I think the red SS badges ensures it is iirc. I thought halos were only part of the RS package as well...

RS vs NON-RS Camaro Factory Add-On Appearance Packages for all 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 Camaro models

RS Appearance Package will have: (available on BOTH V6 and V8 models now!!)

- HID headlamps with "halo ring"

- Rear Spoiler (V6/LT only - included on all SS models)

- 20-inch 5-spoke wheel with Midnight Silver paint finish

- RS-unique tail lamps, also slightly tinted

- Body-color matched roof ditch molding (non-RS will be black instead)

- Different fog light bulbs (RS has P13W bulbs, NON-RS has 5202 bulbs)

- RS badging on driver's side grille and passenger side rear trunk lid

- When combined with SS/V8 models, SS badging becomes red instead of silver/white.

The red SS badges and the HID halo headlamps mean it's an RS package. Of course you could retrofit those to a non-RS car, but it wouldnt be worth the time, trouble, or money to most people.
