I'd say valves closed its louder than stock still, but the valves closed makes a bigger difference than on the stock setup as well. It's harder to notice from inside the car, but if you're behind the car you notice the difference.

The video doesn't do the greatest job of picking up the deep tone of the exhaust, but it's certainly got a nice deep rumble to it, that sounds pretty smooth as you're moving up the rev range.

Hi Lenny, our Competition catback sounds like it has all your boxes checked. It can be installed with simple hand tools in the driveway, retains NPP functionality and is 50 state legal/won't void your warranty. You can find more info on it here on our site:
