Help fixing a scratch?

Okay, so my car is BRAND stinking new, I don't understand how this even happened, I've had issues with the dealership detailing my car and they've cause so many damn issues so I believe it was from them.

Anyways ways, here's a picture of what I noticed last night when getting into my car

Now I know the car is dusty, I need a wash I live in Arizona haha, but I'm wondering if Scratch X would fix this? Or what would you guys do, I'm OCD and this is stressing me the hell out.

Take it to a reputable detailer and have them foot the bill. Those swirls are insane

I know you're frustrated but do yuou have to use that kind of language? Some of us don't appreciate having our Lord's name used in that way!

You have got to be joking. Get off the internet if you can't handle a few "god damn's" and "Jesus christ's".

Chapman Chevy... They are shit. I just got it washed today, and you can't see the scratches much anymore, when it's dirty you can, I've even had them take it to the body shop and try and wet sand it, they've done everything. :/ I feel like I'm stuck.

Also, if you seriously can handle a "god damn" you really shouldn't be on the Internet, like shit.

Taking it an actual detailer is a good idea at this point.

Chapman Chevy is the biggest dealer in Arizona? They took it to THEIR body shop and tried to fix it. Idk what to do.
