I don't think they are either but its possible a seller got one from a SEMA or car show of some sort, the guessing begins till OP's next post. I got REAL lucky and picked up my GM Carbon Fiber fuel door on ebay for $87 few months before they even started shipping

I also pre-ordered from GM parts guy (#14 on the list). I wonder how the status is coming along.

I called and inquired about some GM side skirts. while I was at it I asked him an ETA on the brake light and he just told me. but he did mention that he didn't have an ETA, rather he did say that when they start selling the cars is when they would become available.

the pre-orders are done with. I believe they were only making "x" amount of them. the guy from GMpartsguy.com was on FB and he made mention about a pre-order, you had to pre-pay. I think it only lasted for about a day or two.
