Cars the Camaro SS can beat
I'm trying to compile a list of cars that the SS can beat stock (though my car is not stock) so when I see the drivers of those cars giving me a smug look I can show em who's boss. If you guys can help, post some cars based on experience that you KNOW your SS has beaten and preferably some reputable cars and not like the Honda Odyssey that "may or may not have known" you were racing it. Please post if your car is a LS3 or L99 so I can make two lists! Thanks!
LS3: L99 Charger R/T 370Z Nismo 2014 Audi S4/S5 2010 C6 Grand Sport Hyundai Genesis L99: Mercedes Benz C350 Tesla Model S (Non P85) G37 09 challenger SRT8 05-10 Mustang GT LS3 350Z (not stock)

2011 Mustang 5.0 with 6 speed, MBRP exhaust and intake.
I have a 2013 LS3 with solo hi flo cats, stainless works retro chambered catback and CAI intake. We were really close but I won more times than he did. Neither of us missing any shifts. He tuned his Mustang after that and it gave him the advantage. I'm just not willing to tune and void the warranties..... Yet lol |

C'mon guys. I've been able to beat 2010 GTs and a G37 when my 6 was stock... but they probably couldn't drive. lol

Well lets put it this way,I have slain more Giants in my 99 TA(Viper,GT500,454 SS Chevelle)
than in my 10 SS where I usually get my ass handed to me unless its a heavy Charger or Challenger RT or some wanna be in a new lightly modded econo import.

These cars are too heavy to beat much without significant mods, i.e.; FI, cam, etc.
Suspension is the best bang for the buck as these cars handle well with suspension mods for a tank. |

Very true thats why I was honest in my reply. They are decent but just too damn heavy. Prior to 2011 Mustangs is a no brainer and not even worth racing, G 37s are easy pickings as well as 370Z's although I never ran one in particular. My next mods are suspension |

I've beat a few no brainers, but my best beat was an Audi S5 V6T. Almost made that guy cry. And that was with spinning a bit on launch.
