Radio display issue

Hello All,

I'm new to the forum and I was hoping someone could help me with a problem that has me stumped.

A cold morning a few days ago, I noticed two weird small lines on my radio display. The following cold morning, the two small lines became a cluster of random lines. The day after that it was warmer and there were fewer lines. it seems that the colder it gets, the more random lines I see. If I drive the car for a long time with the heat all the way up, some of the lines do go away, but not all of them. Does anyone know why this is happening and if there is a way to fix it?

Please see the photo to see the weird lines I'm talking about.

Thank you in advance!

I had same problem and had the head unit replaced. But that was under warranty. Mine is a 2010 too.

When it's below freezing, the screen on my radio goes completely lit, not off, full bright blue. When the heat is on for a while and the inside warms up it stays that way, until I turn the car off and back on again. My car has been doing this since day one.
