I'll be honest in saying that this is the first 6th gen study that has potential. I think it looks good. Its a derivation of the 5th gen style but adds a more oval profile and cleaner sculpting lines. The front grille needs some work, but IMO that will be an easier task than shaping the body. Its very interesting; I would be careful with the pillars. The pillars seem to dip a bit into the lexus think.
Overall it is a fantastic start, and with a little work with the front and rear facades, the design could be another success. Edit: The 4 door sedan would be a welcomed alternative to the Chevy SS (the front end needs a lot of work). The designs need to be bold, clean, and less dependent on design and chassis sharing that has been the usual GM think.

It's said that there are dozens if not hundreds of design submissions for cars like the Camaro and Corvette....they pick a few they like and start massaging the clay....
I would love to see all of those proposals that didn't make it... |

Looks like a lot of Jaguar or Mercedes in the Camaros.
