What the heck are these called?!?

Call me stupid or whatever, but I need to know what the name of this part of the car is....

Im not talking about the weird plastic thing that is held on the head rest.... but the actual "console" or whatever it is....

I have a 1980 camaro and its missing that part COMPELTELY so there are two holes where the speakers used to be. I want to cover that part up with a nice fitted piece of plastic or something.... but I cant for the life of me find out what that part is called...

I found this picture by typing on google "rear back seat head rest dash"

Its like a dash for the back part right under your rear window... I hope this makes sense its driving me CRAZY.

This is what I based my answer on. You circled the plastic speaker housing in pic. Try searching for "Rear window package tray"

Yes I believe the "Package Tray" nomenclature is from the days-gone-by, before air-bags and shoulder belts etc. You see you really don't want to put packages there in case you are in a frontal collision where they're in the perfect position to end up smacking you in the back of your head. I remember back when "The Club" was popular. Used to see cars running around with them sitting on the "rear package tray." I'd always think if they get in an accident it'll bring new meaning to the name "The Club!"
