Just got my Pfadt Tune. 2 new Burnouts! - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

You might remember me from a few days ago. Just bought a black SS and I was asking folks for some help getting more power. Anyways, I settled on a tune from Pfadt Racing. I got it in the mail today and followed instructions and it took me about 25 minutes start to finish to install.

I have to say I was a little skeptical after buying it because I don't know much about computers, especially car computers, but what the hell I figured I would give it a whirl. AND I AM SO GLAD I DID.

Seriously, my SS feels so much better. It feels like I gained 100HP. When I barely tap the throttle it pushes me back in my seat, where before it took a while - like in the way a turbo car takes a while. The exhaust sounds healthier too. I don't even know how that would happen but I noticed it and so did my lady. This car just came alive and now it truly feels like a 400HP muscle car. I won't bore you with the details because I made two new burnout videos to show my excitement. This is on the same gas and I still haven't even pulled the fuse because I wanted to see if this tune did anything on it's own.

Seriously guys, for $350 I couldn't be happier. I'll put good gas in it and maybe pull a fuse, but this is what I was looking for in my Camaro. I'm just so excited about this car.

Just be careful with the nannies off... it can get away from you quickly.

Couple more of those and you'll be paying another $350 for a set of rear tires (just a guestimate!)
