Sorry, it's really dirty. I haven't had time to clean it after running mid 6s at the track last night.

How will you prove they caused the damage?

I look at this pic and it looks like a repaint in said damage area. JMHO.

The inspection was done a few days ago, the damaged paint does look like the same time frame

Well, you did say I wouldn't post a picture of my engine bay. So, you took it sideways.

There is no way to prove that you did not remove the M/C cap and drip brake fluid from the cap previously or that the cap isn't leaking. I wish you luck. The easiest thing to do is to clean the paint and the metal and then use some touch up paint to take care of the exposed metal before it gets too oxidized.

Looking to blame someone...there are mirrors everywhere, it takes some time to have the fluid wrinkle the paint, and yes seals are not all that and some had bad seals.......

I wouldn't get pissed about something like that. Now if it was up on the fender or something maybe. But under the master cylinder just clean it and touch it up.

Heres something to think about for the future though.
I change my own oil and it costs me over $80.00 dollars just for parts. How in the world can a dealer do it for only $39.00? I even seen some quick change places as low as $13.00.
Honestly don't go there. Your getting cheap low quality stuff. Even the GM dealships. Bet if you look they used the "E" series oil filter and at best synthetic blend oil. Those "E" series filters are junk.
Not worth it. Just do it your self.

The $39 is for 6 quarts of Dexos. There is an up-charge for full synthetic and then add 2 more quarts plus tax.

My dealer is at $85 and has never messed up anything on my car. I've even seen the mechanic use some quick-shine to clean any fingerprints off the front of the hood.

Then again, they are the presenting sponsor for
Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals

so they know how to treat nice cars.
I've seen mint '66 Corvettes in for service.

Under the hood, why bother getting pissed? There are bigger problems in life.
