Some Advice about Cosmetics
Well my car is in the shop right now getting fixed up on a hit and run...
So I got 21" black GM rims on my car. Thinking if it would look good if I colored the outer silver ring black.. Never seen anyone do it with those particular rims... Right now all they're doing is painting the chevy emblem on the middle cap black, but nothing else.... What do ya'll think? Should I murder out all the chrome around my rims?

Nope...
I like the chrome lip...goes with the tail light bezels and headlights, etc.
Now if you were gonna make all the trim black too....

do you have any stripes if so i would have the bowties and the lip painted the color of your stripes because im not a big fan of the all black look so unless you have another color to go with i would say leave it chrome

Do it and go for the complete blackout. You can also remove the chrome around the lights if you haven't done so already. That'll look badass.
