Update #1: 9/14/2017 We dropped the Camaro off at Craven Performance on Monday for the Texas Speed & Performance Stage III cam, longtube header, catless mid-pipe install. We are also upgrading the springs, retainers, and rods as well. We also added an SLP Blackwing CAI, which can be found here on SLP's site: 2016-2017 V8 (LT1) CAMARO COLD AIR KIT INTAKE We noticed a tremendous improvement in throttle response, even with just a basic canned 93 tune from our SCT Livewire. Update #2: 9/14/2017 We dropped the Camaro off at Saint Louis Auto Detail last Monday for the full CeramicPro treatment. These guys detail some of the finest cars around. They coated every surface of the car! 1. Exterior vinyl wrap (yes, you can ceramic coat wrap!) 2. Brake Calipers 3. HRE FF04 wheels 4. Magnaflow exhaust tips (yay to no more scrubbing away carbon build ups) 5. Exterior Glass (we won't even need wipers in the anymore!) The way this coating beads water will amaze you. Hopefully we will have a video to demonstrate soon. Nick C.

We've finally addressed the horrid stock ride height with the help of our friends at KW Suspensions
KW V3 Coilover Kit *Without Magnetic Dampners KW Variant 3: Race technology for the road, with adjustable compression and rebound dampening. State of the art Motorsport technology enables better performance on the streets. The independently adjustable compression and rebound dampening allows for cutom driving setups. The OEM ride height is a major disaster on the 2SS, so we addressed that with the help of our friends at KW Suspensions We specifically opted out on the Magnetic dampeners because of the added complexity for a coilover swap. The included tool kit + spanner wrenches is a seriously cool touch! We will report back with more pictures once the kit is installed at Craven Performance and the alignment is done at Habibi Motorsports.

Here's a shot of the Camaro with the KW's installed. We went with a more track-focused setup, rather than slamming it as low as possible. Our builds see a ton of highway time since we drive them to shows around the country. Initial thoughts after the first drive: Handling and ride comfort are completely transformed. Between the added grip of the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tires, the lightweight HRE FF04's, and the KW V3's, our Camaro feels like a completely different car. It inspires a lot of confidence and has plenty of grip, even in the rain. Additionally, the ride is far better with the KW's than the OEM shocks & struts. We opted for a 2SS without Magnetic ride, and I'm glad we did because it made things far less complicated. KW's are the perfect all-around setup. I will definitely be going with KW's on my own daily driver. We also took it back to Derek and Ahmed at Habibi Motorsports for a new alignment and to set the camber & toe specs accordingly. If you need an alignment in St. Louis, they are the best in town. They have a high-end Hunter setup, which is perfect for lowered cars. I would also like to point out that we couldn't set it up too aggressive since it's being driven all the way to Vegas and back for the SEMA show. Nick C.
