Your interest rate . What was your deal .

I bought my car in August of 2011 . The dealership gave me 4.5 percent and I refinanced in december ,$15k at 1.99 percent on 4 year term . This is the best deal I have gotten on a car ever . So , I am interested to see what terms some others here have received ....

4.9% on the full cost of the car new. Was the lowest they would offer on "specialty cars" like the camaro and vette.

I'm fine with it. I'm not gonna refinance to start a new front-loaded interest periodization to save a couple bucks a month. Especially since I will pay off early anyways.

The dealer used Wachovia and they offered me 3.5% for 60, I opted for 1% for 48 months through my credit union. They do 60 months too, but I put enough down that 48 months was feasible for me.

Interest rate varies on time of purchase and credit score. Banks offer different rates at different times. Credit score has a huge impact also.
