Hopes it work, but I was told the last $1k offer would work, my sales manager tried for almost an hour and spoke to a bunch of people over at the DBC, no go...hope this one is different though.

Well according to the rep on chat live chevrolet.com she checked to make sure. I copied the entire text just in case I guess we will find out shortly. Either way I am happier about finally receiving a 4200. If I get another $1,ooo off as they verified day got even better. I worked for dealers for many years. I would trust manufacturer customer service of dealer any day. Except for Becky here! She is a great resource to all of us.

It seems we're getting conflicting stories about the private offer working with a 2016 Camaro purchase.

Has anybody actually purchased a 2016 using the private offer?

The last private offer that SSport is talking about was very similar. Said $1000 offer on Camaro and didn't list the year and said valid through xx/xx/xxxx. I actually talked with a Chevy chat person and they also thought it would be good. Lots of people checked into this...and turns out it was not valid on the 2016s.

So before you get too ahead of yourselves, check into it. Call your dealer, and have them confirm it through the Dealer Business Center.

If someone or multiple people can confirm this does work it would be great.

Someone needs to post up the offer code, which should be listed on the offer somewhere...may be in the fine text.

The dealer , like mine did on the last offer, brought up the full offer within their system with full details and it clearly showed no 2016 Camaro...I am almost positive this one will bot work either, their is real no reason for GM to offer incentives yet on this car, they are flying off lots! Hope I am wrong though.

I was able to use the private offer from the Chevrolet.com pop-up! I got $1000 off!

My dealer was actually the one who looked for it and got it for me!

That is the EXACT program code we tried to use for the prior offer, and got shut down. As I said before, I had the offer, and an authorization code (still have it)

So whats the deal here? What strings are your dealers pulling to get this to work?

The only difference between this offer and the prior one, is the date range.
