Embarrassed to update vehicle profile
Anybody ever have to do this? I've since traded in the camaro picked up a 2013 silverado with the 6.2! sold the Silverado SS. But picked up a good deal on a 04 cobra! don't worry to good to be true and damn thing is still broke on jacks stands. But I'm a true gear head and not biased of any make or model...as long as it isn't Nissan! anybody else guilty of this?

Haha I knew I'd stir up a couple things! Na they are badass cars. Just not my style. Last MIR track rental I did a guy showed up form NC. Drove it there track opened 30 mins later, changed nothing and pulled a 10.0 run! Impressive and way out of my league.

I got a soft spot for Cobras 2003-2004. I'd buy one if I found one that hadn't been dogged out.

So you had a SS Silverado and sold it and now have the 2013 6.2L ? I love my 2012 6.2L Silverado. Bone stock with the exception of a 2" leveling kit and a set of BFG's.

The Silverado SS is the only chevy truck I like. The Raptor would be my pick over it. Is the Cobra stock?

Haha I'll just sit over here in the corner then.
The SS was totaled by the guy I sold it too. He drove from MD to Little rock Arkansas. I then resold the truck again to a silverado forum member in Nebrask as a buy back from insurance. Been friends with that guy ever since.... Crazy story. But I think that truck was a lemon to be honost. I do miss the camaro but it was mainly the wife's car. I bought it for her after she was diagnosed With MS. We had to sell all our bikes as doctors orders but I couldn't just keep mine. 2- 750 GSXR's 06-R6, 04 sv1000, 2 yzf250's. She wanted another 6-speed. But we've always been truck people. Cobra (15k miles) was 700rwhp build but other projects need loving like my 2 86 square bodies LS2 swap and the other a built 350. Cobra is now 125 shot ported eaton. But it's still a ford. Everything else is Chevy as my pop was former GM employee for 40 years. You guys would like our f100 build! BBC 427 B&M 250 with th400

This is funny to me because when I had my 99 Formula, I ran with the Mustang crowd most of the time. It was a friendly rivarly. They usually sent me out after Vipers, Vettes, etc when it came time to play (years ago in the Mexican Desert).
Car guys stick together. It is a friendly rivarly... mostly. |

Good condition 2003-2004 Cobras go for $18-25k. You could easily find a 2010 SS for that money. Just wondering why you went from the Camaro to a car that's 10 years older? Nice truck by the way, I'm in the market for a 2014 6.2L Sierra currently.

Thanks on the truck. My best friend had a cobra and it ran really well. I've already thought of selling and building a 408 catfish. Lol my cobra currently could go for 25k it's mint with the most sought after options. Btw I think the 2014 models are 0%apr for the high country model but I needed the max tow package. Oh dear lord please don't call it that! Haha j/k over on SVT it's funny. Everybody is Bro I hate that! I AM NOT YOUR BROTHER! Or from California! And never call it a termi. Lmao! I get defensive when they say I had a heavy Chevy! All in all seems the camaro5 guys are much nicer then the tards on SVT! Haha Thanks for the input! I'll treat y'all to pics! First one is awesome! I have the culprit surrounded! This was the main reason for trading in the Camaro. Needed something to tow this pig! The SS truck was 2.3 side mount whipple and FLT trans with 3k stall. She didn't like to tow.

Because Cobro.
I would have picked a used 2013-14 5.0 instead and drop in a VMP supercharger and run 10's with Justin's tuning.
