Performance shift mode

Is there a work around or something to activate performance shift mode without flooring the car and letting up? Would be nice if there was another way to activate

Lateral G forces but in into performance shift too. Not sure how to induce that without doing something stupid on the street.

you can step on it really fast and it will go into performance mode. When I say fast you floor and are off the gas before the car even has a chance to launch forward, its almost as if you clutch in and down shifted. I love the down shifts in that mode, much harder than normal....

Sorry, we are talking about a mode that actually shifts fast, like 2018 fast....in milliseconds. Not 1960s fast :p

If you’re cruising in track mode and hold the down shift paddle down for a couple seconds it will drop to the lowest available gear and be in performance mode. Not 100% sure if it works in sport.
