It's not optimal, but unless you're planning on any land speed runs at wide open throttle you're probably not going to hurt anything. I would think that any dealership would try to lay blame on your modifications if something was to go wrong unless you know somebody down there. I don't know that you need a dyno tune with just bolt on mods. You could get away with a good canned tune. From someone like PCMofNC or several of the reputable vendors that are on camaro5. Do you know anybody with HP Tuners?

So as long as I'm not WOT for a long period of time I should be fine? And no I don't know anyone with a HP Tuner.

The air/fuel ratio will be off and you're running lean. Not the best idea for long term unless you don't care about your Camaro not lasting past 100k miles

well removing the stock cats voided the engine warranty anyway so why not get it tuned. running lean will slowly burn the motor up. you might not see the affects for a while if its just driver. Racing you will burn it up faster.
also if you dont tune and you have to get it inspected using the obdII port it will fail from the cel. You cant just clear it. Clearing it resets the system. it will show as not ready. You might be able to get by with it if they allow some to not be ready. in ny they allow 2.

Full 1LE suspension, with BMR adjustable sway bars and links, GM aluminum cradle bushings, Hurst shifter with lighter reverse spring, TWM shifter knob, Tick level 1 transmission. I should have bought a ZL1

This is what I think mine is going through, with a CAI/Scoop and Headers

Its almost like I can feel the car trying to adjust itself but cannot get there.

I been running my Long-tubes since Jan. No tune , I think next month i will be able to get it tuned , According to my guy that is gong to tune it you usually lose power because it is not programmed -but it shouldn't blow up your engine

Removing the stock cats voids my whole engine warranty?

voids it the same way as the tune. if you go lean its on you if the oil pump goes its not voided. of course your going to have to fight it if your dealers a a hole. if he sees your headers he will try to tell you its voided. For it to void the warranty the mod has to cause the failer.

So if I got a tune they would have to prove the tune caused the failure of another part for it to be voided?
