We are wasting a great QB`s career.
I don’t know about “everything he could do”. He coulda flicked it to a wide open Diggs.

CJ Stroud would have seen Diggs. Probably even Joe Flacco

Well sure. But the probability of a short pass to a wide open Diggs is far greater than a 35yd attempt in the endzone.

Its too bad that lovely screen shot doesn't show the the next 3 to 5 yds

The Chiefs were in zone he wouldn't have got very far.

So Bass gets to attempt a field goal 5 yds closer

Besides just look at where Jones has pushed Dawkins the throw would be impeded at best and if you also look the 2 DT's are not pass rushing.

They are waiting at the second level to bat a pass down.

Spags rested Jones all day as he was getting double teamed.

He lined up 90 on Dawkins all day and he had an easy time of it.

When they got to the last drive in particular the last 5 minutes in KC territory his brilliant strategy came into play and the Bills line and players did not adjust.

95 was on Dawkins straight up and he was betting on no double team and he was right Karllaftis got the double team from Brown and Torrence on the right side.

A blocked pass a forced fumble and 2 impacted throws later the Bills season fate was sealed

I just want to add that I really don't want my QB checking it down at that point in the game and Shakir is coming open in the end zone and Allen is going for the go ahead score like he should.

That would have been 2 drops on the same drive

He actually had 3 on the day that I counted

If you look close you can just see the one safeties foot in between the hashes at the 19yd line

With any luck the Bills can trade him to Dallas where he can help nurse his often injured brother back to health.

It might be hard to get that foot out of his mouth though

It seemed like Sfefons season went off the rails right after his brothers tweet of "we have to get him out of there"

I hope they can grant his brothers wish so the Bills can spend that $20m on a difference maker

Yeah, no one was within 4-5 yards of Diggs. That’s easily a first, or very close. At worst, a manageable 3rd and short. It’s wild what 1 season can do to a player. You bills fans were telling us that Diggs wasn’t going anywhere last offseason. That y’all loved him. And now y’all hope he gets traded

I don’t understand. What are you trying to say here? That Diggs isn’t wide open?

You're right, that's a tight window. Josh was smart to not force the ball in that situation

Which QB is better...

QB1 - 4306 yards... 29 TD... 18 INT... 92.2 rating (19 games)

QB2 - 4108 yards... 23 TD... 5 INT... 100.8 rating (17 games)

The Bills will be lucky to give Diggs away. They have zero leverage. They can't cut him and I doubt he's the type to restructure to help the team.

As it stands now for 2024 Josh and Diggs alone account for over 30% of the Bills cap space. Not ideal.

I have the all 22, so we don’t have to guess on the defenders location…

Allen just released the ball. I have circled it in red. If Allen leads Diggs, there is no way the defender in the middle of the hashes catches up, and he has a blocker for the other defender. And the defender on the top sideline is running up field, covering the outside route.
