Thanks for posting gml1998... I'm having the exact same issue. I ordered July 29th and STILL havent recieved anything, my fedex still just says "information sent to fedex"
Hopefully everything will turn out ok with mine as well... it's really ridiculous customer service to just leave the customer waiting hoping they didn't get scammed.

Hey guys, an update from me, finally got my grille last week after just over 2 months of waiting. Installed this yesterday, took about 4 hours all together. Looks amazing!
