Fresh Powder

I finally pulled the trigger and powder coated my rims. I went with satin black like the factory 10 spoke. I couldn't justify spending the money the 10 spoke are going for. I think they look awesome.

It cost about 500 for the powder coating and then the Gorilla lug nuts.

Has the powder coating held up? I'm thinking of doing the same thing if I can't trade my polished set.

I powder coated a set of the black 10-spoke wheels silver with a clear top coat.
Drove many miles and the coating has held up very well.
Definitely add a clear top coat if you can do it and still get your desired finish, satin or matte or such.

Where did you get your lugs? I did the same thing and got black wheel lugs from Gorilla, Discount tire is saying the are hollowing out the holes in the wheel because they are the wrong size....
