Did they give you any reason for the delay, Gearhead?

The Ecoboost Mustang will be in the 10s with a stock long block before this car get's released.
A M6 just went 11.1 @ 125 with some traction issues and room to grow.
They have gone 11.6 or 11.7 with a stock turbo.
I really hope the Camaro has a comparable tuning and modification abilities.

This is coming from a guy that has had 3 Turbo Buicks...

I test drove a 2015 Malibu yesterday with the LTG... I must say, even though it wasn't a Camaro and it was an automatic, it felt like a very fun car! Floored it from a stop light and it was burning off the tires! Jumped on the freeway on a big swooping on ramp about 3/4 throttle and it just kept pulling and pulling and pulling... Malibu LTG is about 16hp less than the Camaro engine is supposed to have. The LTG Camaro should be a blast to drive!

We were invited to a media drive of the 2.0L Turbo this coming March. Barring any sort of official release before that, I believe most of the details, pictures, and reviews will come out of that media drive.

So far, I've heard it's good fun to drive, very light on its feet...and impressively efficient for the performance it puts out.

My dealer called me today my order has a TPW of 2/15/16. I placed my order in December. This will be my dealers first 2.0T. Can not wait! I drove a 16 Malibu premier and is very responsive.

A the Orlando Speed World dragstrip this past Wednesday I saw 2.3 Mustang automatic go 11.29 @ 120+ mph with mods, DRs, & a 35 shot of NOS...

This was the UPR test car, & UPR will be releasing a complete package soon, once development is finished, this spring, that they will guarantee to run 10s at the track, using a stock engine, at stock weight...

Oh, & at the Chicago auto show this week Al O stated that the 2016 Camaro 2.0 turbo base model, is now in production.
He stated that the 2.0T engine is an "in-demand" engine for other models in the GM lineup, and that the Camaro had to wait it's turn for it in the production pipeline.

So, maybe no improvements were made to the engine, & it's the same....
But I believe that there was some sort of update made to the PVC / oil vapor control system, to prevent 'coking' on the intake valves...
We'll see when the magazine tests start popping up...
