Who is this dumbass with the malfunctioning platform truck?
You can tell from the kludged up ramp that the platform is missing parts and/or doesn't go all the way down like it should. Sorry! Hope everything gets fixed. |

Look on the bright side now you can tell them not to drill holes or install that ugly license plate bracket on the new front bumper cover.

And get a Jacfab unit like on my car. I get compliments often during car show season, and even non car people in parking lots.

Rookie mistake. Probably didn't block up the back of the trailer. Weight of car sinks rear of trailer, ramps pop off back rail. The other blunder that can cause that is not setting the parking brake in the truck. Ramp pops up or trailer sinks a bit, truck scoots forward a few inches... ramp comes back down all the way to the ground. Hauler needs to retake car trailer 101 training. If he screwed up loading it, probably has no clue how to properly tie it down either with the factory tie down slots and T hooks.

If it were me, I would just tell the dealer to keep it & find another one. If you do accept it repaired I would want some kind of refund now that the cars has been damaged.

He had 6' Aluminum Ramps that he never tried to secure to the trailer. Dumbass!

What a shame. That was such a clean Camaro SS and now it's been damaged. Lets hope the dealer knows how to properly paint match the color without having to "blend" half the car by going into the hood and fenders.

OP, had you just bought the car and were having it sent to you? I would think that I might want a discount or my money back. The car delivered is not going to be the car you purchased. Just a thought......
