I think you might be........... taken from the ad.....
This was a "GM SEMA SHOW Partner Vehicle". Due to GMs policy's it will come with an IL title marked rebuilt or I can issue you the title GM provided to me from MI and you can process it in your state. Every state is different and it may come back with out being labeled rebuilt. The car was ordered from Schimmer Inc. in Mendota IL and the order was prioritized by GM. Car was built and I took delivery at Schimmers. Car was brand new and never wrecked and upgraded from that point. I have sold several cars like this and its not been a problem.
