Cat-less headers

For those that have added headers to their cars and are now cat-less, do you have a odor now when you start/run the car? I have heard this was an issue in the past and i'm not sure if its still a thing. Cant decide between getting hi flows or going cat-less.

Of course it is. It smells disgusting for anyone behind you in traffic for a lengthy spot. It's completely idiotic to drive catless on the road. It's rude and stupid. Sorry, but actual words are more on point.

You're going to subject everyone to filth so you can feel good about yourself. It's totally selfish and juvenile. Think about other people. I'm not talking about "global warming" I'm talking about willfully shitting in everyone's mouth behind you. It's always a Civic or Subaru from where I live.

Don't do it.

I have ARH 1 7/8 long tubes that are catless and I don't notice an odor.

If you run a supercharger on your Camaro and you want peak performance without melting the cats, guess what you have to do? Go catless. Don't get behind my car is what I would tell you.

I have always liked the smell, it reminds me of the pre-74 muscle cars. Smells like 'Murica to me lol.

I always remote start it--love hearing that sound when I'm walking towards the car. I don't really notice any terrible smell.

Im catless on E85 and you can smell the ethanol at a stop light. Its not a bad smell and much better than the smell I get on 93.

The smell in regular fuel is hideous. You won't know until your behind a 17 year old in a Civic. Great company.

The odor is unavoidable. I ran test pipes in my G35, the mix was a little rich due to a lack of tune. Most folks don't notice it inside but walking around it or just being behind me would be very stinky after a few minutes. Or if you sit in traffic the smell slowly seeps in. Although personally I got use to it after a week. With 2 extra cylinders I imagine the camaro won't be any better

MY EXHAUST SMELLS GREAT.
https://www.amazon.com/Allstar-ALL78.../dp/B007ZQS1US

This is what I use when I'm not burning FTW grape scented race stuff. So no my catless headers don't stink. Ill even go as far as to say that when I drive by people 90% ask what the grape, cherry, or bubble gum smell is. They get a big surprise when I say its me exhaust.

Answer the question and keep your opinions to yourself.

The smell is not nearly as bad as he described it here unless you're at a standstill for like 20 minutes lol.

If you want more noise then go catless. If you want it a bit quieter then go high flo
