Sunroof
I ordered my car with a sunroof, but now I am start to think, is it really worth the $900. How many people have sunroofs, do you actually use it that much? Do people without sunroofs regret not buying one?

I have the sunroof, IMO it's a waste of money, never use it. Only open the inside cover now and then for more light into the car, otherwise it stays closed.

I honeslty open it every chance I get... and when its not open, I have the cover pulled back and it makes the car interior feel 1000000% less cramped.

hmm tell you the truth.. i didn't want the sunroof on mine. i like the looks without the sunroof. also i never really used it. i mean it's nice sometimes to get a lil air flow but my windows are usually down anyways.
now i was told by my buddy who has a sunroof that mine (without the sunroof) sounds quieter inside.. now I'm not sure if this is true but i would like to think it is and also ive hear people say the glass is pretty heavy so without it will be light... which i also don't think that's the case but you know it works.. everyone has their own opinion. |

If the sun is out, and it's not over 95 degrees, it's open and we do not regret having it at all.

I've had it in my last two cars and never use it. So I didn't order it for my Camaro.

Caroline doesn't have one, but my Subaru has the "dual moonroof" option. I love it. It is awesome to open on beautiful days or just leave the cover open on cooler sunny days. It is also nice to have it on clear nights, so passengers can star gaze. It makes the wagon feel very open.
The first Camaro that I made on offer on had a sunroof, and and it was almost a deal breaker on Caroline. I have gotten significantly more than $900 worth of enjoyment from the Outback's and will definitely keep it high on the wish list for any future vehicle.

Didn't get one. Wanted a basic SS with no frills. Never regretted not getting one. One less thing to screw up and / or leak.

As cool as the mohawk lines are in Camaros without sunroofs, I'm glad I got one and never regret it. I've had ones in all my cars, and as long as I continue to have coupes, it'll be on the top of my options list. Posted from Camaro5.com App for Android |

I never even considered the sunroof option. My cabin does feel closed in and cramped though. REALLY wish they'd offered T-tops on these cars. I definitely would have ponyed up for that.
