LSA vs. LT4 Supercharger?
So which one has more potential? I always notice when tuners start making big power (700+) they switch to a Whipple supercharger. I rarely ever see anyone swap out the LSA blower and have see 800+ rwhp out of them. Is the LSA a more efficient blower? Also what are the limits of the LT4 Supercharger?

Lsa blowers are efficient, but 800whp+ you talking ported heads, ported blower, ported snout, small sc pulley,lt headers,e85, twin pumps, minimum 1k cc injectors for the e85,pds blower cam stage 3 or 4,3 in exhaust, probably best to have spacer in between blower, i could be wrong on this since i dont have a lsa, but i do have a maggie jackshaft on a 408 with all that done except ported blower and making north of 800+ hp

They fit totally different engines so not like you can pick between them.
The LSA is a 1.9L blower vs. the LT4 is a 1.7L. The LT4 seems to max out about 100hp lower. |
