My Red Hot journey :)

Some of you may have followed my story on other thread, basically I spent whole of October to find a Red Hot 2SS with Red interior, A8, MRC, NPP nationwide. Finally was able to work with a dealer 1000 miles away from my place to apply the bonus tag to a Red Hot in his lot. It was delivered to me last week but was rainy ever since. Finally had a good sunny day this week and spent time to clean it up.

I'm getting following done this weekend - GFX DIY, black bow ties, rally stripes and then film protection all around. Dealer already did the tint. I do intend to paint the calipers red and powder coat the rims gloss black.

Hopefully weather stays bit warm for me to enjoy it for a few weeks!

I'll post more pictures as I get some of these mods done.

I do want to take a moment and thank this resourceful community for all the help in my Camaro journey. I PM'd many of you with questions and have always received the best help. So thank you all again!

Congrats man! I too waited a couple of months to get a Hyper blue SS with A8, MRC, and the dual mode exhaust. Sometimes it's hard to wait but I ended up getting a great deal in a dealership about 700 miles away from where I live. Only difference is I took a one way flight over there and drove back in the same day lol.

Are you going to use G2 to paint the calipers? It's not difficult & comes out looking good.

You did the right thing, I had 5 agonizing painful days waiting for car delivery.

Yes, received the Red G2 from amazon yesterday and also the camaro SS and brembo caliper decals from ebay.

Hey guys, got some of the mods done. Did GFX yesterday, front and sides only, rear fascia swap planned for tomorrow. Just got back from the graphics, stripes on baby!
