Went straight home, it was my birthday so a great present it was. I parked it and then me and the missus went to pick our kids up at her Aunt's house. I didn't drive it up there I was too nervous at the time. So it stayed at the house. I did drive it to the supermarket later that night though. I remember going outside alot and just looking at it and thinking how badass it looked. It really is a great looking car. I'm very pleased. Just wished I got some other bells and whistles but I should have researched better that's my fault.

Put The Dead Milkmen - Bitchen Camaro on the stereo as I drove it off the lot.

I used a whole gas tank. Went to a bar, got lucky with a big booty chic(not in the car) and went home for a quick wash. I love my car!!!

Drove it home... very carefully... and all the while thinking about what I'm going to do to it with a huge grin on my face - Exhaust, Tint were priorities.

One of the most exciting days of late...

Another thread revived. Did the exact same thing, already had the CAI at home waiting to be installed. Couldn't stop staring at it, then later that day took it out just cruising around.

Took it home, opened the hood and said "Hey... where the hell's the battery?". Then I busted out the Owner's Manual for the answer. Then I opened the trunk and lifted the floor panel to check out the battery and said "Hey... where the hell's the spare tire?". Back to the Owner's Manual for the answer.

My point is, EVERYBODY's first action should be to break out the manual and start reading from page 1.

Parked it. It's still parked now, five years and 9 months later, with just over 8,000 miles.

Went and picked up my grandson to go with me to get the car, since he'll end up with it.
Drove straight home and washed it. Dealer didn't do a good job of cleaning it up.
That's when I discovered some IDIOT at the dealership had rubbed wax on the
Rally Stripes. Ended up having them replaced on the dealer's dime.......
