Updating the software on the stock HU
Hey all, I did some searching on this but didn't find much. Please redirect if I just missed it.
Is there any way to update the software on the stock head unit? Mine is a 2011 and there are quite a few bugs especially with Bluetooth and MP3 player integration. Since the car has a USB port I was hoping that the dealer would provide updates that could be copied to a flash drive and then updated when plugged in, but I haven't found anything like that. Thanks in advance! |

It can be updated but not through the USB port. It's done through the OBD port.

It can only be done at/by the dealer.
