The part that interests me is the Z/28 having that lowest power to weight of any car they feel will be its competition. If that includes the ZL1, the Z/28 would either weight 3580 lbs at 500 HP or make 525 HP based on a weight of 3760 lbs which is 100 lbs less than an SS.

500hp@3580lbs would be amazing but doubtful.

I don't expect them to cut it down to 3500 lbs. It will be interesting to see the final weight and power numbers.

No surprise really, since if it wouldn't accomodate a V8 then they'd have to find a different platform to base the 6th gen Camaro off of, and abandon any hope of a legitimate 3rd generation CTS-V.
